WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to act as a strategic analytics partner during the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluate site enrollment potential, and develop defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses—site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and feasibility modelling—and presents findings

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MS/ MPH/ MBA/ PhD) preferred.
• 5+ years in clinical research or healthcare data analytics.
• Experience with sponsor- or CRO-side pre-sales engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify client business and technical needs and scope data analytics solutions.
• Present analytical findings in client meetings with clear methodology.
• Design site identification analyses with defensible selection logic.
• Benchmark operational performance against comparable studies and summarize insights.
• Cooperate with BD, Data & Insights, product, and SMEs to tailor solutions.
