Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to support the medication EHR and clinical workflows. You will liaise between clinicians and informatics, perform data analytics, and optimize medication safety using Epic Willow.
The role is remote with standard first-shift hours and requires a PharmD with EPIC Willow certification within six months and residency training (PGY1/PGY2) preferred. Advocate Health offers comprehensive Total Rewards and career development opportunities.
Qualifications
- EPIC Willow certification within 6 months and annual education requirements.
- Pharmacist licensure and pharmacy informatics background preferred.
- Remote opportunities in IL/WI/NC/GA; no relocation or sponsorship for others.
Responsibilities
- Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and optimize medication-related workflows.
- Design, evaluate, and implement EPIC builds to support clinical practice and improve patient safety.
- Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
