Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a pharmacist informaticist to advance Medication Safety and EHR optimization from a fully remote, first-shift role. You will leverage clinical pharmacy and informatics expertise to support medication workflows and build EPIC Willow solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD with PGY1/PGY2 in informatics, is EPIC Willow certified or in progress, and will liaise with providers, leadership, and IT to improve patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure as a pharmacist and clinical informatics experience.
• Epic Willow certification or progress toward certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and liaison skills across clinical and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to improve medication safety.
• Designs and implements EPIC Willow build to support clinical practice.
• Serves as liaison between clinicians and technical staff for informatics projects.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
