Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to strengthen the medication EHR, primarily focusing on Epic Willow-based builds and clinical workflows. You will collaborate with clinicians and IT to optimize medication safety and efficiency within a remote, first-shift environment.

The role requires a PharmD with 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics, Epic Willow certification, and eligibility in relevant states.

Formación

• Epic Willow certification preferred.
• Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages, CNR/dispense prep, labeling, interfaces, automated dispensing systems or infusion pumps.
• Ability to translate clinical decisions and operational needs into system build requirements.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and communicate risks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Leverages pharmacist clinical and informatics skills to support the medication electronic health record.
• Serves as a liaison regarding clinical informatics to clinicians and IT teams.
• Develops informatics plans, data analyses, and systems to improve medication safety and workflows.
• Designs and implements new EHR build to support clinical practice and safety.
• Collaborates with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems.
• Analyzes informatics issues and communicates complex concepts clearly.
• Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Creates data analytics to facilitate reviews and performance improvements.
• Develops automated clinical rules to support patient care.
