Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacist Informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and clinical informatics initiatives. The role leverages pharmacology expertise and informatics skills to optimize medication safety and workflow efficiency while acting as a bridge between clinicians and IT specialists.

The position is remote with standard first-shift hours, offering opportunities to work with Epic Willow systems and collaborate across clinical and administrative

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and licensure as required.
Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics preferred.
EPIC Willow certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between clinicians and technical teams for informatics issues.
Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and systems to improve safety and workflows.
Design and implement EMR build changes to support clinical practice.
Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and analytics.
