Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) team. You will perform MTM, Stars Adherence, and health education via telephonic consultations to enhance patient engagement and medication adherence.

You will report to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As part of Navitus, you will support proactive outreach, problem-solving, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; State license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliant documentation required.
• Ability to communicate empathetically and clearly across diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocols.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications and therapy continuity.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify and address barriers to medication access and coordinate with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions following established protocols.
• Support workflows and take ownership of assigned tasks.
