Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center team. The role delivers telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to improve adherence and patient engagement.

You will report to the Supervisor, CEC Operations and collaborate with CEC leaders. You will advance Medication Therapy Management, Stars Adherence, and ongoing clinical initiatives within program guidelines while ensuring timely access to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• State Pharmacy Technician license required where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect with resources.
• Escalate complex or high-risk situations per protocol.
