Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center (CEC). The role delivers telephonic MTM, health education, and care coordination to improve medication adherence and patient engagement, reporting to the Supervisor, CEC Operations.

Responsibilities include MTM and Stars Adherence execution, proactive patient outreach, care coordination, patient education, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely medication access and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; state license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge for inquiries and safety.
• Empathetic, patient-focused communication across diverse populations.
• HIPAA and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to manage inbound/outbound communications per workflows.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate patient care for timely medication access.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high-quality services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests.
• Address barriers to medication access with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions per protocol.
• Complete workflows accurately and take ownership.
• Other duties as assigned.
