Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to deliver high-quality telephonic clinical engagement through MTM, Stars Adherence, and health education. The role focuses on improving medication adherence, coordinating with pharmacies and providers, and driving patient-centered care within Navitus' programs.

You will work with the CEC team to ensure timely access to medications, effective problem solving, and proactive outreach in support of Navitus' strategic health goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; state license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support or clinical program execution experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Ability to communicate empathetically and respectfully with diverse populations.
• Experience with inbound/outbound communications and established workflows.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocol.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate care activities for timely medication access and therapy continuity.
• Collaborate with the CEC team to ensure high-quality services and outcomes.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence using professional judgment.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day-supply requests, coordinating with pharmacies or providers.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect members with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions per protocol when guidance is needed.
• Support department workflows and overall operational performance.
