Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center (CEC). The role delivers high-quality clinical engagement via telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination, driving medication adherence and patient engagement in line with Navitus’ strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocols.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate care for timely access to medications and therapy continuity.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and link with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions per protocol.
