Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to deliver MTM and Stars Adherence via telephonic consultations, health education, and care coordination. You will support patient engagement and medication adherence under defined program guidelines, reporting to the CEC Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required. State license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support or clinical program execution experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Demonstrated empathetic, patient-focused support and clear communication.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound communications with established workflows and scripts.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives.
• Professional conduct and cooperative interaction with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocol to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactively reach out to patients to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate care to ensure timely access to medications and therapy continuity.
• Collaborate with CEC team to maintain high-quality services and shared accountability.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence, addressing barriers.
• Process prescription renewals and extended day supplies, coordinating with pharmacies/providers.
• Identify barriers to access and connect members with clinical or operational resources.
• Apply professional judgment in defined situations and escalate when needed.
• Follow protocols and regulatory requirements, escalating non-routine decisions as needed.
• Complete workflows accurately to support department performance.
