Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. This role delivers high-quality clinical engagement through telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination, advancing medication adherence and patient engagement strategies.

The Specialist will execute MTM, Stars Adherence, and ongoing clinical initiatives within defined program guidelines, reporting to the Supervisor, CEC Operations, and collaborating with other leaders to

Qualifications

• Pharmacy knowledge to support MTM, Stars Adherence, and patient education.
• Effective empathetic communication to diverse populations.
• Ability to follow workflows, scripts, and escalation protocols for quality.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations to ensure compliant interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives within protocols.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate care activities to ensure timely access to meds and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team to deliver high-quality clinical services and share accountability for outcomes.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence, applying professional judgment to address barriers.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests, coordinating with pharmacies or providers.
• Identify and address barriers to medication access by connecting members with appropriate resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions when additional guidance is needed.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and complete workflows efficiently.
