Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team as a key Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) member. You will conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives, provide telephonic clinical engagement, and coordinate care to improve medication access and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician certification and license required (where applicable).
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA; protect patient information.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives within protocols to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and participation.
• Coordinate patient care for timely access to meds and therapy Continuity, escalating non-routine decisions when needed.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence; identify risks and interventions.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day-supply requests; coordinate with pharmacies/providers as needed.
