Zusammenfassung

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team.

The Specialist delivers telephonic MTM and Stars Adherence programs, health education, and care coordination to improve adherence and patient engagement. You will work with the Clinical Engagement Center (CEC) to ensure timely access to medications, coordinate with pharmacies and providers, and support defined program goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; State Pharmacy Technician license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe, informed outcomes.
• Empathetic, patient-focused support with clear, respectful communication across diverse populations.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications while following workflows, scripts, and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance required.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to meet service level expectations.

Aufgaben

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to support quality and patient outcomes.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and participation.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team to maintain high-quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence and identify risks requiring intervention.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests within protocol.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect patients with resources.
• Apply professional judgment and escalate non-routine decisions as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and established protocols; complete workflows accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
