Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center (CEC). The role focuses on delivering telephonic MTM, health education, and care coordination to improve medication adherence and patient engagement.

You will conduct MTM and Stars Adherence activities, educate patients, and coordinate with pharmacies and providers to ensure timely access to medications, while adhering to HIPAA and program protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required; State license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Empathetic, patient-focused support with clear, respectful communication across diverse populations.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications with established workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to meet service level expectations.
• Commitment to compliance program objectives and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care for timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team to ensure high quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect members with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions per protocols.
• Complete assigned workflows accurately and take ownership of tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
