Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to lead telephonic MTM, Stars Adherence, and care coordination initiatives. You will engage patients, educate them on program benefits, and coordinate with pharmacies and providers to ensure timely access to medications.

The role emphasizes adherence support, proactive outreach, and collaboration with the Clinical Engagement Center team to drive quality and outcomes in a patient-centered model.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate empathetic, patient-focused support and clear communication.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and compliance standards.
• Ability to follow established workflows, scripts, and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocol to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactively outreach to patients using advanced communication techniques to improve engagement.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Collaborate with CEC team members to deliver consistent, high-quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence, identify risks, and determine interventions.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests, coordinating with pharmacies/providers.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect members with appropriate resources.
• Apply sound professional judgment and escalate non-routine decisions per guidelines.
• Support compliance program objectives and complete assigned workflows.
