Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions in the United States is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement (CPhT) to join the Clinical Engagement Center, starting January 2027 or later. This role focuses on MTM, Stars Adherence, and care coordination via telephonic consultations to improve medication adherence.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to educate patients, coordinate renewals, and overcome barriers to access, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• State Pharmacy Technician license required where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality required.
• Ability to manage inbound/outbound communications per workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactively outreach to patients to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate care to ensure timely access to medications and therapy.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to access and connect members with resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions when needed.
• Maintain compliance with established protocols and regulations.
