Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join the Clinical Engagement Center team. The role delivers telephonic MTM, patient education, and care coordination to improve medication adherence and patient engagement.

You will conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives, educate patients on program benefits, and coordinate care to ensure timely access to medications. Remote work is supported; a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; State Pharmacy Technician license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support or clinical program execution experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Empathetic, patient-focused support with clear communication across diverse populations.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound communications with established workflows and escalation protocols.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per established protocols.
• Proactively outreach to patients to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate patient care to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy.
• Educate patients on program benefits and medication adherence.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests.
• Identify barriers to medication access and connect members with resources.
• Apply professional judgment and escalate complex situations as needed.
• Support operational workflows and overall department performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
