Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to lead telephonic MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and drive engagement with internal and external partners to improve access to medications and resources.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, adherence support, and adherence to regulatory standards in a patient‑centered care model.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; State license where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required.
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and ensure safe outcomes.
• Empathetic, patient‑focused support with clear communication across diverse populations.

Mansioni

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to support quality and outcomes.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and program participation.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and therapy continuity.
• Collaborate with CEC team to support high-quality clinical services and shared accountability.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence, applying judgment within protocols to address risks.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and extended day supply requests, coordinating with pharmacies or providers.
• Identify and address barriers to medication access and connect members to resources.
• Escalate non-routine decisions involving complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations appropriately.
• Support operational workflows by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
