Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our team. This role focuses on MTM, Stars Adherence, and proactive outreach to improve medication adherence and patient engagement across diverse populations.

You will conduct MTM activities, educate patients on program benefits, and coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely access to medications and resources while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and internal protocols.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives within protocols.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence.
• Coordinate care to ensure timely access to medications.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence strategies.
• Facilitate renewals and day-supply requests, coordinating with pharmacies.
