Modivcare is seeking a compassionate Care Center Representative to support members nationwide from a fully remote facility. You will handle 2nd shift and weekend coverage, respond to alerts, and provide empathetic, professional assistance during critical moments.

Responsibilities include answering calls, updating records, and using CRM software to document dispatches in real time. Requires a High School diploma, 0–1 year in customer service, and ability to multitask across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Able to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Talk and type while navigating multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
