Maximus is hiring a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support our Colorado HMA Review Program. This 100% remote role requires excellent organization and communication as you handle calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and update documentation across multiple systems.

You will manage assessments in assessment pro, referrals, assist with follow‑ups, and ensure accurate data entry. The position demands high attention to confidentiality and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a call center or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review and verify data in the system.
• Monitor data quality of scanned documents.
• Follow policies for indexing and imaging.
