Maximus is hiring a Clinical Administrative Coordinator for the Colorado HMA Review Program in a 100% remote role. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and voicemails, ensuring accurate updates across systems and supporting assessments and referrals.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service while handling documentation with precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• 1-2 years in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for indexing and imaging.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
