Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative or similar experience preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule questions.
• Schedule medical appointments with patients, providers, and locations.
• Use the EHR scheduling system to book tests and procedures.
• Collect patient demographics, insurance, and contact information.
• Route messages and distribute faxes as needed.
