Vail Health Hospital is seeking a Clinic Scheduler to manage scheduling for patients and providers using our EHR system. The role includes handling incoming calls, routing messages, and coordinating appointments while ensuring patient demographic data is accurate and complete.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical office administration and familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA rules. Experience with scheduling software and healthcare workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years administration or similar experience preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and field scheduling questions.
• Schedule medical appointments coordinating patients, providers, locations and payers.
• Collect accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
