Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years administration or similar experience preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and field questions about scheduling with providers.
• Direct calls to appropriate parties and take/distribute messages.
• Schedule appointments, tests and procedures via the EHR scheduling software.
• Obtain accurate patient demographics and manage related information.
