Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring for a fully remote billing support role. You will work directly with clients and sales teams to resolve complex billing issues via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service with accuracy and speed.

In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments to diagnose problems, find root causes, and prevent recurrence. You will also collect on accounts when appropriate and offer product/service recommendations to enhance client success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
