Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and tailoring solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and cross-sell services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and service.
• Mentor teammates and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
