Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture existing client relationships for our offshore hiring platform. This is a 100% remote role based anywhere in the United States, with USD compensation paid semi-monthly on the 15th and 30th.

You will coordinate client check-ins, ensure candidate quality, and leverage your experience in customer success or staffing. A Loom video introducing yourself and detailing your experience is required to advance in the process.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; background in staffing or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America or Africa.
• Loom video introducing yourself and detailing your customer success or account management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins across active accounts and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
