Job summary

Trivium is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of home improvement clients in a fully remote, contractor-based capacity. You will collaborate with a pod that includes media buying and creative teams, reporting to the founder, and you will grow a scalable client success system.

You will manage 20+ accounts initially, aiming to expand to 40–50, maintaining strong relationships, driving retention, and delivering measurable results across lead flow and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency.
• Proven ability to retain clients and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end (20 to 40+ with growth).
• Be the main point of contact for every client and manage relationships.
• Shadow a current CSM before taking over your own group.
• Drive retention and growth with regular check-ins and clear results.
• Identify problems early and elevate them to the team the same day.
• Ensure monthly recurring revenue is collected on time.
• Earn referrals, reviews and testimonials from clients.
• Help build CS processes: onboarding, health tracking, reporting cadence.
• Document successful practices for scale.
