Job summary

Trivium is a remote, full-time e-commerce growth agency helping brands scale profitably on major marketplaces. Senior Account Managers own outcomes for a portfolio of 20–40 brands, overseeing onboarding, strategy, and ongoing optimization with a fast, 2-hour response time.

You will work with a capable team of PPC and Amazon strategists, creative, and data specialists to ensure client success and retention at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing account management in a digital/e-commerce or performance-marketing agency.
• Experience managing 20+ client accounts concurrently.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20–40 e-commerce brands end-to-end.
• Single point of accountability for client results and retention.
• Lead onboarding, strategy, and retention of accounts.
• Respond within 2 hours during business hours.
