Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Client Success Manager (CSM) to own client relationships, retention, renewals, and revenue growth for a fast-growing marketing agency serving roofing and home services across the United States. This remote role handles a portfolio of 50–60 accounts, guiding onboarding through renewals with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and operations to drive client success, expand services, and deliver strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management or Customer Success.
• Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience driving renewals, upsells and account expansion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for newly signed clients and set success metrics.
• Own a portfolio of 50–60 active client accounts and manage renewals.
• Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and operations to ensure client outcomes.
• Maintain proactive communication and risk management to reduce churn.
