Job summary

Veritonic is seeking a Client Success Manager to retain and grow a book of business in a fully remote role. You will partner with client stakeholders, design and analyze audio reports, and ensure customers maximize the platform's value.

You'll work across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science, drive QBRs, manage projects, and identify opportunities for cross-functional improvements. A bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in client-facing roles are expected; stock options and unlimited PTO

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing client relationships in a client-facing role.
• Experience in account management, customer success, or similar.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow the assigned book of business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as the trusted advisor on Veritonic's capabilities.
• Lead clients in designing, configuring, running, and analyzing audio reports and campaigns.
• Own all client-facing and technical aspects of day-to-day relationships.
• Track progress against KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Deliver excellent client experiences through project management and timely execution.
