Trivium is seeking a Client Success Manager for a remote, full-time independent contractor role in the United States. You will own a portfolio of home improvement clients, grow accounts, and collaborate with a pod of media buying and creative teams while reporting to the founder.

You must have experience managing 20+ accounts, agency exposure in lead gen or Meta/Google ads for local businesses, and a track record building CS processes in scaling companies. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Client success or account management experience with home improvement or contractor clients.
• Managed 20+ client accounts concurrently.
• Agency experience in lead generation or Meta/Google ads for local services.
• Experience scaling CS processes in a growing company.
• Organized, fast, proactive communication.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end.
• Grow from ~20 to 40–50 accounts.
• Be the main client contact for retention and results.
• Shadow current CSM, then lead your group.
• Run regular check-ins and report on results and next steps.
• Escalate issues the same day.
• Build CS processes: onboarding, health tracking, reporting cadence.
• Document scalable CS practices for the team.
