• Experience working in or with higher-education institutions.
• Strong familiarity with change management in higher education.
• Experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders in complex orgs.
• Proven ability to drive change initiatives and motivate teams to overcome barriers.

• Own customer health, success, and adoption with comprehensive success plans.
• Manage ~60 accounts and ~$4M live ARR.
• Translate business processes into measurable ROI for key users.
• Analyze product usage data to show adoption progress and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management to uncover upsell opportunities while keeping customer success as priority.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet objectives.
• Define and implement partnership success metrics and product adoption strategies.
