Job summary

Symplicity, a global leader in employability and student success solutions for Higher Education, is seeking a Client Manager to join our Client Success team in the UK. You will build trusted relationships with assigned clients, acting as a strategic advisor to help them achieve their goals, drive product adoption, and maximize value from Symplicity's solutions.

From implementation to ongoing support, you will collaborate across Symplicity and client teams to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles, preferably SaaS/Higher Education.
• Strong interest in Higher Education and willingness to learn industry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned clients and act as a strategic advisor.
• Drive delivery and implementation of new services with smooth transitions.
• Define KPIs with clients and monitor success measures.
• Drive product adoption and maximize value from Symplicity solutions.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in the client portfolio with Account Executives.
• Monitor client health and address at-risk accounts.
• Develop knowledge of Symplicity products and Higher Education trends.
• Provide clients with guidance, training, and ongoing product support.
• Create client case studies and references with internal teams.
• Encourage client engagement through webinars, roadshows, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Billing to resolve invoicing and sales queries.
• Support implementing new Symplicity solutions with Transition Support Specialists.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Work cross-functionally to address client needs and resolve issues.
