Job summary

Mongoose is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with higher education institutions, guiding onboarding, adoption, and value realization across the customer lifecycle. You will translate usage data into actionable insights and build trusted, long-term relationships.

Working closely with Account Managers, you will identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure campuses achieve measurable outcomes through optimized communication strategies and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner for customers, guiding them to achieve institutional goals.

• Own customer health by monitoring adoption and performance trends.
• Conduct quarterly reviews to analyze performance and recommend actionable strategies.
