Job summary

Mongoose is hiring a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for higher-ed customers, guiding them to measurable outcomes using our Conversation Intelligence Platform. You’ll own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value delivery, partnering with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.

A data-driven, empathetic approach will help drive renewal and expansion across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or client services, preferably in higher education or SaaS.
• Strong onboarding and account-management capabilities.
• A data-driven approach to interpreting engagement metrics and turning insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner for customers to achieve institutional goals.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers to drive early adoption.
• Establish success plans and measurable outcomes from the start.
• Monitor adoption and engagement, identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct Quarterly Reviews to surface insights and actionable strategies.
