Job summary

Team Up is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the main point of contact for international clients after the initial sales handoff. You will manage the client lifecycle, work with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations, and ensure successful talent delivery and onboarding.

You will coordinate contracts, interviews, and communications, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, and maintain high client retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Retention.
• Experience with B2B services, preferably outsourcing, talent solutions, recruitment, or professional services.
• Experience working with international clients across EU, UK and/or US.
• Proven experience with account growth, upselling, cross-selling, or contract renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• CRM processes and discipline; Zoho CRM experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full client lifecycle following the initial sales handoff.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with international clients and address their needs.
• Gather client feedback and resolve operational issues or blockers.
• Prepare, review, and finalize client contracts and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates provided by the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Operations to meet client requirements.
• Monitor client account health and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support contract renewals and maintain client retention.
• Keep CRM records and documentation accurate and up to date.
