7Seventy is seeking a Client Success Manager to cultivate long-term partnerships with higher education clients, guiding them through implementation, onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive retention.

You will lead strategic reviews, respond promptly to inquiries, collect feedback for product improvements, and represent the company at events.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Service within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-focused approach.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the health of assigned client accounts, driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
• Lead implementation-to-launch transitions with platform configuration and user training.
• Run recurring client meetings, business reviews, and health reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly while meeting SLAs.
• Collect feedback and product insights for improvements.
• Represent the company at conferences, campus visits, and webinars.
• Build relationships and identify customer champions for case studies and testimonials.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and Vitally.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and industry expertise.
• Plan with clients to set measurable goals and monitor adoption.
• Identify churn risks and execute customer success plans to improve retention.
