Job summary

Mongoose is hiring a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner for higher-ed institutions. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value through data-driven guidance and trusted relationships.

Collaborating with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will translate usage and engagement metrics into strategic recommendations that protect renewal risk and fuel growth across a remote Midwest-focused territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or SaaS customer success.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage customer health.
• Strong data interpretation and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner for your customers to achieve institutional goals using Mongoose.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to drive early adoption and long-term success.
• Establish clear success plans on onboarding and define measurable outcomes.
• Own customer health by monitoring adoption, engagement, and performance trends.
• Conduct regular Mongoose Quarterly Reviews to surface insights and actionable strategies.
