Job summary

Coursedog, a remote-first platform serving 400+ colleges, seeks a Client Success Manager to guide customers in adopting our academic operations tools. You’ll own end-to-end success across departments, collaborating with Account Management, Product and Support to deliver measurable value.

You have experience with higher education and change management, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of driving adoption. You’ll train users, analyze usage, and turn customers into advocates.

Qualifications

• Experience working in or with higher-education institutions in a professional capacity.
• Strong change management experience within higher-education institutions.
• Experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to drive transformational change and adoption.
• Ability to translate customer needs into software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer health, success, and adoption with comprehensive success plans.
• Manage change outcomes for ~60 accounts and ~4M live ARR.
• Advise super users, translating business processes into ROI.
• Analyze product usage data to show adoption progress and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities.
• Work with product, engineering, support, and marketing to resolve issues.
• Define partnership success metrics and adoption strategies through discovery.
• Provide customer training for current and new features, tailored to user groups.
• Turn customers into brand advocates by delivering world-class service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, success plans and usage metrics.
• Translate feedback into feature recommendations for product improvements.
• Apply critical thinking to help customers navigate the platform.
