Job summary

Finalsite is seeking a Manager of Client Success to oversee direct client relationships and lead a high-performing team. This 100% remote role across the United States focuses on driving product adoption, renewals, and growth within a select portfolio of K–12 school clients.

The role requires experience in SaaS client success, executive engagement, and a strong understanding of the Finalsite platform. Travel may be required to support client needs and team development.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of proven work experience in a professional B2B setting with SaaS client success or sales exposure.
• Experience meeting with senior executives and stakeholders at client organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of and comfort with SaaS products and services.
• Salesforce knowledge required.
• Knowledge of the Finalsite Platform required.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Client Success Managers (CSMs).
• Drive renewal management, growth opportunities, and account retention across a portfolio of key public school clients.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with client stakeholders and advocate for customer needs.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, Totango, and related tools, and manage the renewal/opportunity pipeline.
