Impact Clients is seeking a remote, full-time Client Success Coach to help onboard new students and provide daily coaching. You will engage with clients through 1:1 calls, group sessions, and messaging to ensure progress toward goals.

Proficiency with Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, and CRM tools is valued. This role requires clear communication and a commitment to growth within a fast-paced education platform.

Formación

• Fluent, accent-neutral English required.
• Experience in coaching or mentorship preferred.
• Ability to onboard new students and conduct daily coaching calls.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily onboarding calls for new students.
• Perform daily check-in coaching calls to motivate and guide participants.
• Message clients daily to ensure adherence to their plan and engagement in the program.
• Lead weekly group coaching calls and answer client questions.
• Innovate training content by creating new video trainings and worksheets.
• Handle renewal/upgrade calls and enroll clients into backend programs.
• Be proficient with Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM, etc.
• Daily reporting across multiple channels and maintain SOP compliance.
• Continually optimize processes to hit KPIs for the Fulfillment Team.
