Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale. You will run kickoff and regular check-ins, vet candidates, coordinate placements, and spot issues before clients do.

This role frees the co-founders to focus on growth while you own client outcomes. You’ll work remotely with US business hours, communicate clearly and proactively, and build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; a genuine message beats a polished generic one every time.
• Responsive by nature with the ability to keep clients feeling prioritized without being chained to a desk.
• Full ownership mindset; if a client is unhappy, it is your problem until it is solved.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own the client relationship through every stage of the engagement.
• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and placements; close the placement and own candidate quality.
• Turn client satisfaction into long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
