Hire Overseas is looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale. You will manage check-ins, vet and present candidates, coordinate placements, and proactively prevent issues, turning happy clients into rehires and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own the client relationship through every stage.
• Run regular check-ins across active accounts and spot problems early.
• Address issues proactively and respond promptly, even after hours when needed.
• Vet and present top candidates surfaced by the recruiting team per role.
• Turn client satisfaction into long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals.
