WithCoverage is seeking a Client Service Manager to partner with Risk Advisors, maintaining strong client relationships, supporting service processes, and driving renewal activities in a remote role based in the United States.

You will manage client inquiries, compile stewardship materials, and assist in presenting data-driven insights to clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and proactive service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Requires 2+ years in commercial insurance with demonstrated account management experience.
• Licensure as a Property & Casualty broker is strongly preferred or must be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Risk Advisors and manage day-to-day service processes for assigned clients.
• Support renewal cycles and prepare stewardship reports and client presentations.
• Handle client inquiries, open items, and data requests with timely, accurate responses.
• Draft quote comparisons and maintain binders, policies, and endorsements for renewal.
• Monitor invoicing, fee agreements, receivables, and collections; resolve issues.
• Serve as primary client liaison for certificates, auto IDs, location additions, and policy transmittals.
• Ensure tools are understood and used; perform related duties as assigned.
