Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team to delight clients, increase retention, and grow recurring revenue by strategically consulting and strengthening relationships across our platform.

This full-time, remote role requires 1-2 years in Sales/CS/AM, strong communication, and CRM experience; travel occasionally may be needed. You will educate clients and help them maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, with 1-2 years in sales, client success or account management.
• Experience handling small-tier clients and driving renewals/upsells.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of new products, features and platform value.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Help clients maximize adoption and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated on industry trends and educate clients accordingly.
