Job summary

Circana is hiring a remote Client Service team leader to manage data-driven solutions for manufacturing clients. You will drive change management across Circana data sets and lead cross-functional initiatives with offshore and onshore teams.

Requires 5+ years in syndicated data, strong communication and project management skills, and a collaborative mindset. Remote US location with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with syndicated data and operational systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-starter with urgency, perseverance and creativity to achieve goals.
• Ability to build rapport across functions and levels within an organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a manufacturing client service team to deliver against core solutions and drive continuous process improvements for the client and internal partners.
• Lead implementation and change management efforts on Circana solutions and data sets.
• Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities.
• Collaborate with virtual and diverse teams (i.e. offshore and onshore) to ensure all change events and client deliverables are on time and accurate.
• Troubleshoot issues, communicate to cross-functional teams to resolve, and provide status updates to end-users.
• Regularly and proactively communicate with the client-facing team, including soliciting feedback to continually improving the ways of working.
• Integrating external data sources for the client.
• Managing Global extract / RedSlim integration support.
• Utilize AI assets to improve accuracy, deliverables and support client initiatives.
