Job summary

Circana seeks a capable client services leader to drive top-tier delivery for major CP&G clients. You will manage end-to-end content delivery, partner across CI, Analytics, and Technology Consulting, and strive to boost client satisfaction through strong reporting and strategic insights.

Responsibilities include leading a team, aligning delivery with business goals, and fostering collaborative relationships across functions. Remote-US based role with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience with premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts.
• Proven ability to manage complex client deliverables.
• Experience in the CPG industry using syndicated POS/panel data is a plus.
• Strong analytics, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build internal relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced degree is a plus and willingness to flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of client relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end content delivery and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Increase client satisfaction through Unify reporting and faster insights.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speaking; synthesize information effectively.
• Coordinate with Product, Experience, Sales to prioritize customer needs.
• Develop and lead a high-performing, diverse team; forecast and plan resources.
